The 100% Arabica beans in Lara Colombia come from coffee trees grown at 1400-1700 m in the Medellin region of Colombia. High altitudes and the tropical/subtropical climate allow the trees to bear wonderful fruit giving this coffee its rich and distinctive flavour. Flavour notes are dominated by the delicate sweetness of dark chocolate, but coffee lovers will also find a gentle taste of citrus and stone fruit.
