Coffees from the Lara Coffee roaster start their journey in the form of green, selected coffee beans from different parts of the world, including Brazil, Columbia, India and Vietnam. We prepare each type of grain in an appropriate way. Together, they create a perfectly balanced mixture.

Our stove - tradition and modernity

We found the perfect stove and we use it to make the coffee we love to drink ourselves. The furnace is heated with hot air, so that the firing temperature is uniform throughout the drum. Repeated attempts have made it possible to obtain perfect coffee blends, and modern technology supports the roaster's work, thanks to which we obtain precise and repeatable roasting effects.

How do we roast?

Have you ever had a cup of coffee that tastes burnt? Here at Lara Coffee, our small speciality batches are roasted carefully and meticulously to ensure that this never happens. Our high quality, specially made roasting stove combines hot air with traditional roasting methods, ensuring a consistent and careful roast every time. 

How do we pack?

Here at Lara Coffee, we plan everything to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Our carefully designed packaging has a non-return valve that allows a natural and slow release of carbon dioxide from the hand roasted beans. Our packaging also has a zipper closure, which helps to keep the coffee fresh for longer and also avoids dreaded spillages!
